OrderingIf you plan to order a stove or chimney, we strongly recommend that you take advantage of our advisory service before you go ahead. In nearly all cases this is provided free and without any any obligation on your part. But you must be planning an installation within the West Highlands & Islands area. With respect, all purchasers outside our area should contact their local stove shop for advice and after-sales service. We can accept orders by telephone, fax and email and if the items you want are not ex-stock we can generally get back to you with a manufacturer's quoted price & delivery within a few minutes. Payment is due at time of collection from our premises. In some cases we are able to arrange for stoves and urgent spares to be despatched to you direct by the manufacturer in which case your order must be pre-paid.
